NG Church, Rietbron
This church building's corner stone was laid on Saturday, 14 June 1952, and was consecrated and put into use during the weekend of 14-15 February 1953 by the NG Gemeente Rietbron.
The decision to place a springbok on the tower as a weather vane is a nice reminder of the herds of springbok that in earlier years probably often crossed this same spot to drink water at the fountain.
It is the congregation's desire that for many years and generations to come, this building will be a place where current and future residents and visitors will be able to taste the Living Water of Jesus Christ and come to quench their thirst.
