Sarrisam Museum
The generations on the farm Sarrisam took care of many stories and items that were used on the farm over the years. Gert Engelbrecht was born on the farm in 1944 in a matjieshuis( house made with thin reeds)”, of which there even is a photo in the museum. Over the years, newer equipment and technology were used but the old ones were never disposed of and found a home in the Sarrisam museum. Gert takes you through the museum himself and shares the stories.
