Our restaurant Stirlings @ The Ibis, offers you a unique experience that will take you on a journey and tell you a story through 6 plates, of how we source ingredients & forage in the field. The Karoo Food Experience incorporates many of the local medicinal plants in all our dishes and we like to put a special interpretation on each gang. We highly recommend it because it's really an experience, not just a meal. However, we also have an a la carte menu to choose from. We are open Fridays to Mondays, reservations word reservation.
