NG Kerk, Williston
The church is built from sandstone stone quarried just outside the town. Imported building materials were transported by rail to Matjiesfontein and Leeu-Gamka and from there by donkey carts to here.
The church was designed in a Neo-Gothic style and in 1912 the cornerstone was laid.
Walk around the church and you will find a tinbox at the entrance of the labyrinth which has the full history.
